Papaya-Mango Salsa

Sunset
This salsa has fresh, tropical flavors from the diced papaya and mango. Spoon over the top of fish tacos and save the excess for tortilla chips.
Makes about 2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup diced papaya
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeño chili
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
Salt

Preparation

In a bowl, mix papaya, mango, bell pepper, chili, cilantro, and lime juice. Add salt to taste.
