Pan-Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, cleaned and peeled
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Cut potatoes into 1/8-inchthick slices. Melt butter in a 10- inch skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes; cover and cook 10 minutes. Turn potatoes; cook, uncovered, 10 minutes, turning occasionally to brown. Drain well. Sprinkle with salt.

Serving Suggestions: Pan- Fried Potatoes may be served with Dill Sauce, Horseradish Sauce, Mustard Dip Sauce, or any sour cream sauce.
