Enjoy fresh seafood from the comforts of your own home. These oysters are bursting with rich, savory flavors from the fresh, easy-to-make bacon mignonette.

Serves 4 (serving size: 3 oysters)

Ingredients

1/3 cup champagne vinegar
2 tablespoons minced shallots
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 teaspoons crushed black peppercorns
2 slices cooked and crumbled center-cut bacon
12 oysters on the half shell

Preparation

Combine vinegar, shallots, dill, crushed peppercorns, and bacon in a small bowl. Spoon sauce evenly over oysters.
