Oriental Radishes

Ingredients

2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
20 radishes, sliced
1 large green bell pepper, chopped

Preparation

Stir together vinegar and soy sauce in a bowl. Add sliced radish and chopped bell pepper. Cover and chill 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
