Orange-Kissed Brussels Sprouts

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper


Steam the Brussels sprouts, covered, 15 minutes or until tender. Drain Brussels sprouts, and return to pan. Add orange rind, orange juice, salt, and pepper; cook over medium heat 1 minute, stirring constantly.
