Orange Filling

Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler, and bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Chill.
