Orange Dressing

1/3 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Pinch of salt


Combine juice, egg, and sugar in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water; cook, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes. Cool completely; fold in whipped cream and salt. Chill thoroughly. Serve Orange Dressing over fresh fruit in season.
