This creamy, refreshing, orange-banana drink is great for breakfast, after a workout, or as a midday pick-me-up. Use any flavored yogurt you like--strawberry makes the smoothie pink, while blueberry turns it purple.
2 servings (serving size: 1 1/4 cups)

1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
1 ripe banana, sliced


Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
