Oatmeal Streusel Topping

Make this warm oatmeal streusel mixture as a toasty topping for any kind of breakfast fruit or yogurt.
Makes 1 cup

1 cup uncooked regular oats
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted


Prep: 5 Minutes
Bake: 16 Minutes

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine oats and sugar. Add butter, tossing to coat. Place mixture in a shallow pan, and bake 14 to 16 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring after 7 minutes.
