Oat Bran Cereal with Apples, Walnuts, Peanut Butter and Cracker

1/2 cup oat bran cereal
2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 cup low fat milk
2 ounce low fat or non fat cheese of choice
6 low sodium Wheat Thins
1 apple (small)


Rinse and halve tomatoes; peel and slice cucumber, then chop salad greens; place vegetables in a salad bowl. Drain tuna and flake with a fork over salad. Pour dressing and toss until well coated.
