Spanish Style No Yolks® with Shrimp and Sausage

No Yolks® Fine Noodles provide a hearty base for this Spanish-inspired shrimp dish with sausage and vegetables. No other noodle will do.

6 ounces NO YOLKS® Fine Noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 pound bulk hot Italian sausage
1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 jar (2.5 ounces) diced pimiento, drained


Prep: 10 Minutes
Cook: 20 Minutes

Prepare noodles according to package directions.
Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion. Cook 5 to 7 minutes, or until tender. Add sausage, breaking into small pieces. Brown, stirring frequently. Add chicken broth and scrape up browned bits. Stir in oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, peas, tomatoes and shrimp. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for 10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through. Stir in NO YOLKS and pimento and heat through.
