6 (4-ounce) orange roughy fillets
Cooking spray
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine, melted
2 teaspoons salt-free garlic and herb seasoning (such as Mrs. Dash)
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
2 tablespoons sliced almonds

Preparation

1. Preheat broiler.

2. Arrange fish in a single layer on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Combine lemon juice and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle evenly over fish.

3. Broil fish 5 1/2 inches from heat 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle fish with almonds the last minute of broiling.
