New Potatoes with Chives

1 pound round red potatoes, quartered
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or 1 teaspoon freeze-dried chives
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper


Arrange potato in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 17 minutes or until tender.

Place potato in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with chives, salt, and pepper. Toss well, and serve immediately.
