2 pounds round red potatoes, quartered
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or 2 teaspoons freeze-dried chives
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Preparation

Cook: 17 Minutes

Arrange potato in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 17 minutes or until tender. Place potato in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with chives, salt, and pepper, tossing well.
