Mixed Louie Salad

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely minced onion
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 teaspoon minced red bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 pound lump crabmeat
3/4 pound peeled and deveined cooked medium shrimp
1 pound steamed mussels, shucked
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
3 cups leaf lettuce
Garnishes: steamed mussels in shells, halved hard-cooked eggs, steamed green beans, steamed asparagus, cilantro leaves


Prep: 20 Minutes
Combine first 12 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine crab and next 4 ingredients; toss with dressing. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Top lettuce with seafood salad; garnish, if desired.
