This deliciously nutty Japanese dip uses only four ingredients and takes 15 minutes to make.
Makes about 2/3 cup

3 tablespoons blanched almonds
3 tablespoons walnuts
3 tablespoons warm water
1/2 cup barley miso


Total: 15 Minutes

Preheat the oven to 350°. Spread the nuts in a pie plate and toast for 8 minutes; let cool, then grind in a mini food processor to a paste.

In a medium bowl, stir the water with the miso and the nut paste and serve.
