1 (1-pound) loaf unsliced French bread
1 (14-ounce) jar commercial pizza sauce
3/4 cup finely chopped ripe olives
3/4 cup finely chopped pepperoni
3/4 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese


Cut bread into 1/4-inch-thick slices; cut slices into rounds with a 2-inch cookie cutter. Spread each round with pizza sauce. Top evenly with olives, pepperoni, and mushrooms; sprinkle with cheese.

Place pizzas on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve warm.
