1 pint freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
1/2 (25.4-ounce) bottle Brut champagne, chilled
1 pint lemon sherbet
Fresh mint leaves
Combine orange juice and champagne, stirring gently. Pour into frosted stemmed glasses.
Add 1 scoop lemon sherbet to each glass. Garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
