Makes about 2 cups

1 1/2 cups ketchup
5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 1/2 tablespoons extra-hot horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Total: 40 Minutes
Stir together all ingredients until blended. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 5 days.
Note: We tested with Tabasco hot sauce.
