1/2 pound Clams
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, finely chopped
Parsley (pinch)
8 ounces Seafood Broth
1/2 tablespoon Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
*Optional addition of cayenne pepper for spicyness*

Preparation

Heat clay casserole dish on burner. Add olive oil Add garlic, sauté until brown. Add flour to create roux. Add broth. Add merluza. Cook both sides for 5 minutes. Add clams. Cook for 5 more minutes uncovered. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
