3 tablespoons minced pitted kalamata olives
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons basil olive oil.
1/2 cup butter, softened


Stir olives, garlic, and basil olive oil into butter; cover and chill 8 hours. Serve on sliced French bread for an easy appetizer or on pasta, fish, or chicken.
