1 (15.5-ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut into fourths
1 (8-ounce) can cut green beans, rinsed and drained
1 (4.5-ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup pitted ripe olives
3 celery ribs, sliced
1/2 onion, cut into rings
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons capers


Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; add Dressing, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours. Sprinkle with parsley and capers just before serving.
