1 (15 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (6-ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1 cup chopped marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Combine pineapple, cherries, marshmallows, pecans, and vanilla, stirring well. Fold in whipped cream.

Spoon into 6 sherbet glasses. Chill at least 4 hours.
