Mango Salsa

2 mangoes, peeled
2 avocados, peeled
1 red bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Juice of 1 large lime (about 1 tablespoon)


Prep: 10 Minutes

1. Chop mangoes, avocados, red bell pepper, and red onion; place in a medium bowl. Add chopped cilantro, oil, and lime juice. Chill, if desired.
