Mango Salsa

To celebrate her birthday, Helen Claire's family held a feast at their historic vacation home near St. Augustine, Florida. Personal chef Kitty Boswell-Herda served grilled snapper topped with this mango salsa.
Makes about 4 1/2 cups

3 ripe mangos, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1 tomato, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt


Combine all ingredients; cover and chill. Serve as a relish for grilled fish or with chips.
