Mango Custard

4 (9-ounce) cans sliced mangos, undrained
1 (5 1/8-ounce) can evaporated milk
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon Amaretto


Drain mangos, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Combine mangos, reserved juice, milk, and Amaretto in a medium mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into individual serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving.
