Mango-and-Bell Pepper Salsa

1 large ripe mango, chopped*
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 purple onion, diced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, tossing gently to coat.

* 1 cup chopped, refrigerated mango may be substituted for fresh.
