Mac 'n' Meat Casserole

Make these recipes in 30 minutes or less. Start with 1 pound of ground beef to feed about 4 people; adjust for your family's size. Season it with salt and pepper as you cook.

1 cup chopped celery
1 cup onion
1 (14.5 oz.) can of tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
3/4 cup cooked macaroni
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce


Sauté beef and 1 cup each chopped celery and onion in a flameproof casserole; stir in 1 (14.5 oz.) can of tomatoes, 1 cup shredded cheese, 3/4 cup cooked macaroni and 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
