Lillet Cognac Punch Recipe

3/4 cup cognac
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
5 dashes of bitters (such at Peychaud's)
2 to 3 tablespoons honey
1 (750 milliliter) bottle Lillet Blanc white wine, chilled
1 cup fresh raspberries
Crushed ice
Garnish: fresh lavender sprigs


Total: 10 Minutes

Combine cognac, lemon juice, bitters, and honey in a large pitcher; stir until honey is dissolved. Add chilled wine and raspberries. Chill at least 4 hours or up to 1 day. Serve over crushed ice. Garnish, if desired.
