3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 cups torn butter lettuce
1 cup sliced sugar snap peas
3 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds


Prep: 20 Minutes

Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add lettuce, peas, and almonds; toss gently to coat.
