Peeled stems cook more evenly.
Serves 4 (serving size: about 3/4 cup)
1. Trim broccoli stems to about 3 inches in length; peel stems. Cut broccoli lengthwise into spears.
2. Place broccoli in a large skillet; add 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil; cover and cook 5 minutes. Uncover; stir in remaining ingredients.
