2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil


Total: 5 Minutes

Whisk together lemon juice, thyme, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth. Add olive oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly until smooth.
