Lemon Sauce

4 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk, scalded
1/2 cup lemon juice


Combine yolks, sugar, flour, and milk in a saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in lemon juice. Serve hot.
