Lemon Pepper Broccoli

Broccoli is one of those versatile veggies that only needs a few extra ingredients to transform it into a tasty side dish. Butter and lemon pepper do the trick!

4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon light butter
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

Cook: 3 Minutes

Place broccoli and water in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Toss broccoli with butter and lemon pepper.
