Lemon Hard Sauce

1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon lemon extract


Cream butter in a medium mixing bowl. Add sugar and salt; beat well. Gradually add milk, and beat until creamy. Stir in lemon extract. Chill.
