Lemon-Garlic Whitefish

1 pound whitefish, such as tilapia
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Cook: 8 Minutes

Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; mist with cooking spray. Sprinkle whitefish with garlic powder; season with salt and pepper. Place fish in hot skillet, working in batches if necessary, and cook until fish is opaque, about 3 1/2 minutes per side. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice just before serving.
