Lemon-Dill Sauce

1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons drained capers
4 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
Kosher salt to taste


Prep: 10 Minutes

1. Pulse first 7 ingredients in a food processor 2 to 3 times or until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Season with salt to taste.
