Lemon-Dill Green Beans

3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 pound fresh green beans, steamed
1 (4-ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
Garnishes: lemon slices, fresh dill sprigs


Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; add green beans, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Garnish, if desired.
