1 bag (12 oz) Steamfresh® Asparagus, Gold & White Corn, Baby Carrots, cooked according to package instructions
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1 tablespoon fresh basil, sliced thin

Preparation

Prep: 5 Minutes
Cook: 5 Minutes

1. Toss the cooked vegetables with olive oil, lemon zest, pine nuts and basil.

2. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
