Lemon-Anchovy Butter

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
1/2 cup butter, softened

Preparation

Stir anchovy paste, lemon rind, and lemon juice into butter; cover and chill 8 hours. Serve on seafood.
