Lemon Aïoli is inspired by the Greek yogurt sauce tzaziki that stands in for traditional Southern gravy and served with Citrus-Roasted Turkey.
Makes 1 1/4 cups

1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon zest
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
4 small garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste.
