2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups orange sections
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted


Combine banana and lemon juice in a small bowl; toss gently to coat. Layer orange sections, banana, strawberries, and pineapple in a 1 1/2-quart serving bowl; cover and chill.

Combine sour cream, sugar, and liqueur; fold in coconut and whipped cream. Spoon sour cream mixture over fruit, and sprinkle with pecans.
