For an easy veggie pizza, top pizza crust with mozzarella and cooked kale.
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Arrange kale over cheese. Bake directly on top oven rack until cheese is melted and crust is crisp, about 9 minutes. Drizzle pizza with oil. Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over top.
