Jicama-Mango Slaw

Ingredients

1 small jicama, peeled and cut into thin strips (about 2 1/2 cups)
1 large mango, peeled and cut into thin strips (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
