Italian Style Artichoke, Tomato and Sausage Salad

1 package Jimmy Dean Regular Roll Sausage, cooked, crumbled, drained
3 teaspoons Balsamic vinegar
1 cup white wine
1 pound artichoke hearts, halved
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground


Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a saute pan and add cooked sausage, balsamic vinegar and white wine. Let cook for 1 minute. Remove sausage from saute pan and place in a bowl. Now add the artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, parsley, basil and parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper and stir well.
