Italian Green Beans

1 (16-ounce) package frozen Italian-cut green beans
Vegetable cooking spray
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cook: 10 Minutes

Cook green beans according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Set aside, and keep warm.

Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion, green pepper, and garlic; saute 4 minutes. Stir in tomato, Italian seasoning, and salt. Cook until thoroughly heated, stirring often. Combine green beans and tomato mixture; toss lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
