1/2 cup commercial mango chutney
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Use immediately or store in refrigerator. Use to marinate chicken, beef, pork, or lamb.
