Hummus with Sun-dried Tomatoes

1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper


Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Serve with olives and toasted pita bread.
