Horseradish Sauce

1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon onion juice
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce


Beat whipping cream until just thickened. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well; chill sauce at least 3 hours. Serve sauce cold with roast beef.
