Honey-Soaked Feta

3 ounces Feta cheese, in one block
Fresh thyme sprigs
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup honey (preferably lavender)
Lavender blossoms (optional)*
1/4 cup whole pecans


Sprinkle the Feta with the thyme, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with the honey. Garnish with the lavender blossoms, if using, and pecans.

*Fresh blossoms are best, but if you use dried lavender, make sure it is for culinary use.
